Sue was born and raised in Pittsburg but has lived in 11 different states. She attended Kansas State University where she met her husband of 25 years. She has worked as a customer service representative at several veterinary hospitals. Her hobbies include travel and running half marathons. She is the proud pet parent of 2
Doriane Carvalho, Customer Service Representative
Dori has been a passionate animal lover for as long as she can remember. Her household has always included a menagerie of pets. Before joining the veterinary field, Dori worked for many years in the service and hospitality industry while raising her 3 children. While working with rescue organizations and pet sitting in South Florida, Dori transitioned to working at several animal hospitals from Kennel Manager to Technician Assistant to Customer Service Representative, where she found her true home! From the back of the house to the front of the house Dori is no stranger to assisting animals and the veterinary staff to provide quality, loving, compassionate care to our fury friends. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Dori is fluent in Portuguese and can translate Spanish. During her off hours Dori enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs and several cats. She also loves exploring Colorado's amazing trails with her 2 sons who reside with her. Dori has a strong passion for photography, painting, and traveling. A good thing since her daughter and fiance remain in South Florida.

Jesica Crowley, Customer Service Representative
Jesica was born in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA, on National Star Wars Day. She and her husband moved to CO in 2018 to pursue the life of their dreams. Jesica began her career with animals in 2013 working with small animals, birds, reptiles as well as fish. Her goal was to learn as much as she could so she could help educate pet parents in better understanding their pet's needs. She is passionate about wildlife and ocean conservation. Jesica has goals of becoming a Zoologist, and Marine Biologist. In her free time, she hikes the Rockies with her husband, watches re-runs of the X-Files while getting lots of love from her two cats: Arya and Quinn, and her dog Sansa.
